Cocktails of the Month:

Finally launched the site. Woh! What started out as a labour of love, got alittle too much like work. So guess what? It's time for a cocktail. I am a traditionalist when it come to drinking. Cocktails of the month is the page name but it probably won't change. In the next issue I think I'll get into wines or great beers of the world. But I am always up for suggestions. If you have a drink to be listed, let me know. Cheers!

Add ginger ale or club soda just before serving. If you'd like to serve right away, use chilled red wine and serve over lots of ice. OLE! OLE! OLE! OLE!

    How do you say OLE!

Put on your dancing shoes and a sexy dress and go out for an evening of Latin flavors. Included in these, as the perfect accompaniment to your tapas, is the delicious pitcher of sangria. Famous in Spain and Portugal, but also in the Central and South American countries, this delectable drink goes down very easily so be careful. Although any red wine will do, resist the absolute cheapest if you want to avoid being sorry in the morning!

    Best place for Sangria.

     Cha-Cha-Cha San francisco.
